Officer's ACR Forms Part Of Service Record - Supreme Court

Supreme Court has held that officer's annual confidential report (ACR) forms part of his service record. ACR could not be ignored for promotion merely because it was written after some delay. Copy of court's order dated 2.2.2017 in this regard is attached.
