If you have done an MBA in HR, ISTD will add little value. However, if your specialization is Finance or Marketing, ISTD will definitely help.

There is nothing like universities specializing in training and development for a Ph.D. A Ph.D. itself is a specialized field. You need to choose it yourself.

Do check with other people before joining ISTD. I found some of the reading material very poor. Even their website doesn't work well. The student registration doesn't work. Except the admission form, other downloads do not work.

I am a B.E. graduate and have 3.9 years of experience in teaching and training. I am looking to transition from teaching to corporate training. Will ISTD's diploma program help me?
