do these people provide placement as well after completion of the course..

If you have dopne an MBA in HR ISTD will add little value. But if your specialisation is Finance or Marketing, ISTD will definitely help.

There is nothing like universities specialisng in training and development Ph.D.
Ph.D. itself is a SPECIALISED FIELD. You need to choose it yourself.

Do check with other people before joining ISTD. I found some of the reading material very poor. Even their website doesnt work well. The student registration doesnt work. Except the admission form, other downloads do not work.

Currently I am a faculty in a engineering college having a passion in training and development.I am B.E. graduate and have 3.9 years experience in teaching and training.
I want to switch from teaching to corporate training.
Will ISTD's diploma programe help me.If any suggestion regarding this please share with me.
