How Do I Create a Binding Agreement for Client Payment Terms in Training Services?

Can any of you help me with an agreement document that can assist in binding the client to the payment terms and conditions I need to establish? This will ensure that the client is obligated to pay us according to the terms upon completion of the training.

We are currently planning to conduct training for freshers from college and assist the client in onboarding them, including their modules for training.

Dear Anil,

The purchaser is expected to issue a Purchase Order (PO) for hiring contractors or service providers. Since you will be providing the services, the company may issue a Work Order (WO); however, whether a PO or WO is issued, the contents remain more or less the same. Ensure that payment terms are clearly specified.

You will find various formats of POs on the internet. However, what matters are the conditions of services. It would be best if you designed these on your own.
