I am seeking ideas to make changes to the process or working methods regarding Training and Development sessions, specifically focusing on Organization Skills. If we choose this topic, what are the ways or ideas to maintain the importance of organization skills in the daily activities of personnel?

Here are a few points to consider:

1. Remove clutter from daily life.
2. Learn to prioritize tasks.
3. Schedule activities effectively.
4. Set clear deadlines.
5. Classify activities into urgent and important categories.

The five points that you have given are the means. But then what is the end? The end is the reduction in process turnaround time. It is better to be organized, but that is not the end result. The end result is either the reduction of process turnaround time of your work processes or an increase/decrease in some ratio. This end result can never be achieved unless the whole company has a structured or organized way of working.

The points that you have mentioned will make a person organized. Therefore, your focus should be on people and not just on the result. However, I have seen companies where, in their personal capacity, the managers are organized, but this fails to translate into improved organizational productivity. Organizational productivity must be given primacy over personal productivity.
