Should both receive equal responsibility in work?
When receive responsibility, and receive profit and some time loss,
may girls take responsibility of loss or profit on her had?

This is in addition to what Mr Simhan has said. We need little clarification as to whether your query is from social context or business context. In the former context, we not use words like "girls and boys". You have referred "profit and loss". Do you mean to say profit and loss of business entity? Is your query related to family run business?
Please clarify.
