Equal Rights, Equal Responsibilities: Should Both Genders Share Work Outcomes?

If girls and boys have equal rights, should both receive equal responsibility in work? When receiving responsibility, along with profit and sometimes loss, may girls take responsibility for the loss or profit on her own?

This is in addition to what Mr. Simhan has said. We need a little clarification as to whether your query is from a social context or business context. In the former context, we do not use words like "girls and boys." You have referred to "profit and loss." Do you mean to say the profit and loss of the business entity? Is your query related to a family-run business? Please clarify.
