In this book, there is a case study for each managerial competency and analysis thereafter. The case studies are very short and can be covered in just A4 sheet. You may identify the most relevant competencies for the job and given the case studies related to the competency. Thereafter, you may match the reply of the job candidate to that of the analysis given in the book and identify the competency level. Through this book, you will be able to identify the behavioural competencies and not functional ones.
