Hi guys, please, I know there are plenty of topics regarding Case Studies and Role Plays. There is so much that I better write a new thread. I am presently working on a DC, and some of these for inspiration would definitely be of great help. Thank you

You may refer to the following book: "Action Tools for Effective Managers" by Margaret Mary Gootnick & David Gootnick, published by Amacom. In this book, there is a case study for each managerial competency and analysis thereafter. The case studies are very short and can be covered on just an A4 sheet. You may identify the most relevant competencies for the job and provide the case studies related to the competency. Afterward, you may match the reply of the job candidate to that of the analysis given in the book and identify the competency level. Through this book, you will be able to identify the behavioral competencies and not just functional ones.
