I was working with a startup company for less than a year. They terminated me without providing any reason.
This company was franchise of US company. IT comes under IT other computer related services business category.
There were multiple issues that happened -
1. The company was not having shop act license
2. The company was not following any labor law
3. The company was not maintaining any Geo Ration / Male-Female count - 4 females Vs 23 males
4. HR Policy Document / Guideline document was not there till date
5. Facilities issue of washroom / air conditioner / cleanliness / no ancillary staff etc were there
6. Company not providing salary as per contract after termination
7. Company not providing Full and Final Settlement even though it has crossed the committed period
8. The manager abused employees on floor and in cabin using bad words, slng language and also raised had up once in a dispute of me with him
9. The company not supporting in PF process. They denied saying we do not look into it but they deducted PF per month.
I do not have proofs as they snatched my laptop one day and asked me to walk out without any prior intimation. They also mentioned in bad language that - do whatever you wish legally or illegally. We do not care.
Please guide what can be done in this case?
