Is a PGDHRD from IICT Lucknow Valid for MNC Jobs? Seeking Insights on Recognition

One of my friends is doing PGDHRD from IICT Lucknow (Distance Mode). The course is recognized by Saptrishi Society, U.P. Govt.

Will the course be recognized by the MNC employers? Will MNC employers consider the course valid?

Listen, either you can choose distance mode or regular. It will be better if you have experience. If you have good experience and communication skills, then there is no harm in opting for the distance mode. Many working professionals opt for it.

The person has good exposure and experience. What I want to ask is whether the degree will be valid to employers if they require a Post Graduate Diploma?

Did you get any information about IICT? I just need to know if it's recognized. I don't care about the ranking.

I am not associated with this field yet but was considering a course from IICT. Surprisingly, they have not mentioned anywhere that an IICT student will get a degree/certificate from which university, neither have they mentioned whether their courses are recognized by AICTE and/or UGC.
