One of my friends is doing PGDHRD from IICT Lucknow (Distance Mode). The course is recognized by Saptrishi Society, U.P. Govt.
Will the course be recognized by the MNC employers? Will MNC employers consider the course valid?

boss, listen either u can distance mode or regular, it will better only if u have exp., if u have good exp. communication skills then there is no harm to do distance mode. all working do that.

I am not associated with this field yet but was considering a course from IICT. Surprisingly, they have not mentioned anywhere that an IICT student will get a degree/certificate from which university, neither have they mentioned whether their courses are recognized by AICTE and/or UGC.
