Struggling to Fill Job Vacancies: What Are the Best Alternatives to Job Portals?

Dear All,

I am working in a Software Company in Ahmedabad. I have vacancies for Marketing Executives (Freshers), Developers (Experienced), and other senior positions. I have been using the job portal of Times Jobs, which has not been satisfactory. Additionally, I have been utilizing free job posting portals for the same purpose. Unfortunately, I have not been able to fill any of the positions within the set deadlines.

Please help me out of this situation.
