Need Help Crafting a Service Letter for an Employee Pursuing an MBA?

My name is Pinki K. I am working in a startup company. One of the employees wants to work while pursuing higher education (MBA). He needs a letter or document to submit to the college, stating that he is currently employed and wishes to further his studies.

The document required is commonly known as a recommendation letter or a service letter. Could anyone please assist me with the format or provide a sample letter?

Service-cum-Employment Certificate

It is called a Service-cum-Employment Certificate. Just write, "This is to certify that Mr. ______ has been working in our company since _____ (date). His designation is ________. In general, he handles duties related to _______, _______, ______, and ______. This certificate is issued to him so that he can take admission for his MBA course from _________ (name of the educational institution).

Before typing the above text, you may write, "To Whomsoever It May Concern" in the center of the page.
