the idea is to create such avenues where there is no performance indicators attributed to it to begin (maybe later might have too) but an employee feels more valued and contributing to the organization. If this is your larger goal, then why restrict it only to
ESFJ? Why not to other personalities? As such ESFJ is one amongst 16. Therefore, probability of getting ESFJs amongst your employees is just 1/16.
Against this backdrop, I recommend you rolling out
Formal Mentoring Programme in your organisation.
Mentors listen to their mentees, helps them in developing their career plan, interprets the company's philosophy or vision, try to develop personality as a whole, try to build the character. While doing this obviously mentee develops a mental affiliation with the organisation. Though mentoring is not a direct solution to the employee attrition, "Formal Mentoring Programme" is a long term solution and it helps in mitigating the woes of attrition.
