Are there any mandatory requirements to display the "NO CHILD LABOUR" signboards in the factory? Please clarify.

Yes, that is a statutory compliance as per THE CHILD LABOUR (PROHIBITION & REGULATION) ACT, 1986, Section. Along with that, you have to display the penalties for conviction (Section 14) as well.
