Building an HR Structure from Scratch: How Do I Start with Job Descriptions?

I am working with a growing company. We are going to develop an organizational structure for HR setup, SOPs, and documentation for all departments. Management has given me this task. Can anybody guide me? I have just started the job description preparation for all positions.
