Hi Sir /Mam,
I need your help that my appraisal date was in july but in july i went in maternity leave in that case my appraisal was due. after that when i joined back in dec, I asked to HR Manager regarding my appraisal, she said to me that your appraisal will not in process due to maternity leave.
In this case what should i do. Please suggest.

Please clarify whether private/Trust schools are being covered under Maternity Benefit Act 1961 and Amendments 2017.

in contractual job if a female employee work for 1 year & after that she resigns and join on other position in the same organisation does she has to work minimum 80 days for applying maternity leaves
