ESIC new amendment - If they don't want to get this. Is it possible?

Please give some clarity on new ESIC coverage rate as it is Rs. 21000/- or Rs. 15000/- ?

As of today's date, the ESI applicable slab is Rs. 15,000/-

Please share the new amendment done in ESIC Act , where ESIC is not compulsory for building & construction company

Need your help in ascertaining what is the procedure for renewal and amendment to be carried out under Gujarat Shops Act.
simultaneously it is mandatory to carry out change in the address in Professional Tax Certificate ( Both).
Further it is imperative to have property Tax be paid without which Shops Inspector are instructed not to renew and amend the Shops Reg certificate .
Further need What BU stands for if the property tax has not been paid by property owner.
