What is the nature of your query? Are you looking for soft skills trainers to be trained? Training the participants on a particular subject is one thing, and training the trainer is another. They need to have the right mindset, attitude, and a learning attitude. Without a learning attitude, nobody can become a trainer. A trainer should first be a learner.
