i am working in one of the emerging company in an oil & gas filed in navi mumbai . In order to improve my job profile , my career prospective , i want to pursue some professional courses in this field, can anyone guide me which courses should i do (which i can easily manage along with my job in navi mumbai) so that i will have better opportunities in future .....thanx

i have done mechanical engineering from mumbai university. Currently I am working in final assembly & testing department (oil & gas field company) , i would like to shift my career to design & development after this hence looking for useful courses ....thanx ...also it will be better if you can guide me to improve my business writing..

Before getting into "Design and Development", I feel that it is important to do some courses of quality or Six Sigma etc. Is your testing department covers Quality also? As of now you could be checking "Quality of Conformance" however, a stint in quality department will improve your knowledge on "Quality of Design". This is also important.
