If any workmen worked in an organization for 169 days, what benefits do we need to add for his Full & Final Settlement, and what will be the calculation?

If any workman worked for 169 days only, he is eligible for leave and bonus only. Also, if you had issued any appointment letter, you have to pay as per the terms and conditions of your company.

You have not mentioned whether he has resigned or is being retrenched. In the case of resignation, whether he was appointed with an appointment letter or through mutual understanding, he is entitled to Earned Wage, Earned Leave, and Bonus only. However, in the case of being retrenched, he is entitled to notice/notice pay and retrenchment compensation.
