I have completed an MBA in HR through correspondence. I have been working as an HR and Admin in a manufacturing company for the last 6 months. I am looking to advance my career to the next level. Could you please guide me on further improvements I can make in my career? I would appreciate any suggestions for courses or paths to take in order to achieve growth in my career. After completion of your professional qualification, at least you must stay three years in the same company. Manufacturing HR is an ideal place to learn. I would suggest you stay back, learn, and share your knowledge with others instead of jumping too often, which could affect your career.

You may provide further information on what exactly you do in the "HR and Admin" position. What is your total employee strength, and what is the size of the HR department? To whom do you report?

A job change is one option. However, it does not guarantee that you will be engaged in higher-level HR activities. If your management is supportive, you may also undertake HR interventions within the current company.
