Can anyone please suggest or share some L&D topics?
I am new in this role and not able to get good topics for L&D program.

A generic answer to yoru question could be soft skills, team building, finance, motivation, stress management, health & Wellness, etc.

Hi Avika,
There is no target audience as such. This is for internal training of all the departments beat Customer support, Sales & Marketing, Technical etc. We conduct a L&D session once in a month on a common topic for all departments. So want few common topics for the same.

To decide upon the topics for learning and development , besides talking to people in your organisation, as suggested by our friends here, you need to understand your business well. This will help you to make a list of skills required for each profile.
Once you know the skills required ,you can check out the staff that need an improvement in a particular skill.Basis that you can design your programs.
