I have restarted my HR career after a long break of 3+ yrs. Now I am working in a small sized IT company in Chennai. I like to know the leave policies for starts ups in IT sector. Not only leaves, I am the only and first HR for this company. So need to start from the scratch. Kindly do help me to stabilize the HR role here.
