Transitioning Contract Workers to Full-Time Employees: What Steps Should We Follow?

I would like information regarding the contract workmen who will be taken into Company Employment. What procedures need to be followed?

Why will the company hire contract workers in their employment? In our opinion, contract workers engaged by the contractor cannot request the Principal Employer to absorb them into the company.

You may notify the vacancy. Any contractor workmen may apply as a candidate as per his/her employability. If you find him/her suitable, then you may issue the employment offer to him/her. He/she will submit his/her resignation to the contractor (employer). He/she will join your organization as an employee.
