How Can We Effectively Develop Corporate and Sales Employees When Current Methods Fall Short?

Dear all, this is Princy Robert. I am working in a private company as an HR training coordinator. Can anyone tell me how to develop corporate employees and sales employees? We have already conducted some motivational and development classes and collected feedback, but the results are not satisfactory. Please advise me on how to handle this type of employee.

Before conducting the training programs, you need to identify the expected results, what needs to be increased or decreased, and then proceed with the training. I have mentioned numerous times that training is not an end in itself, but just a medium for Organizational Development (OD). No organization develops on its own. To develop it, you need to develop people. While you have conducted motivational classes, have you been able to measure the increased motivational levels? Did the department's productivity increase due to the heightened motivation levels?
