Dear Princy Robert,
Before conducting the training programmes, you need to identify what result is expected, what needs to be increased or decreased and then you should go ahead with the training. I have written 'n' number of times that training is not end as such but just a medium of Organisation Development (OD). No organisation develops in itself. To develop it you need to develop people. You have conducted the motivational classes but could you measure the increased motivational level? Because of the increased motivation level, did the department's productivity increase?
Productivity ratios are associated with each department. You need to identify those and conduct the training specific to certain ratio. How to do that? To know it, click the following link to go through my reply:

In this link, you will get several other links. Go through all the links patiently in order to understand the subject of employee training. Once you follow the guidelines given in the above link, your training will never fail.
