Regarding KPIs and KRAs, I have been providing my responses every other day, and this is another one. May I ask about your designation? You have mentioned a few designations for which you need KRAs. To whom do these individuals report? It is the senior's responsibility to prepare the KRAs for the juniors.
To develop KPIs and KRAs, one must study the systems and processes of each department and then create the KPIs and KRAs. Subsequently, these KRAs are assigned to the respective HOD.
