I am not graduate but i am giving a edited marksheet of my freind and my company bgv and they find my marksheet was not match during verification now they are want color marksheet i am confuse i am provide color marksheet or not another they are doing bgv or not if i provide color copy and they find it is fake then what action taking against me and i am complete 2 months already in company what can i do

There is an old saying "He who lies, lies to hide it and makes it two." Thus once a person lies, lies continue into chain of lies and when some verification starts, the person gets worried.
This topic has been discussed at length at Citehr. The only honourable option for you is to own up your deceit and face the consequences.

Please state your wording with truth,otherwise after giving color marksheet you would face a criminal trial.I hope you will learn a lession,Go to concern person and put your resignation stating that i had submitted the wrong documents at your office.
