I would like to expand my knowledge in terms of Statutory compliance. I am very keen to know about various laws like the Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF/ESI Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, etc. Kindly shed some light on these.

The "etc" within which you include works out to be as of today, encompassing approximately 167 various Central and State Labour Legislations. Therefore, it would be better if you take up the Acts one by one, read them thoroughly and inquisitively. If you have any doubts, refer to the threads already answered in the forum. If you still have any more doubts, feel free to share them. This is the proper way to "expand" your knowledge.

You can do a labor law certification program from Vskills. Many of those acts are covered in it. I just came across that program, so I'm mentioning it here in case it helps you.
