HR Foresees Robust Jobs Outlook In India (Economic Times)

Job seekers can look forward to better times ahead.
India is likely to see uptick in hiring in the coming months, according to more than half the human resource professionals surveyed by SP Jain School of Global Management.
The business school released a report entitled 'Future Skills', based on responses from 1,390 professionals to a survey carried out across its campuses in Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and India on the theme of workforce transformation.

Future skills are given as
a) Managing Complexity

In my view even now all the six are required in addition to other soft skills like communication, negotiation, conflict handling, leadership etc.
The more the soft skills that a person has in his profile, the brighter are his chances
to get better opportunities.
