Performance Appraisal And Increments Procedure

sanjivanimeera
Dear All Seniors,
Can anybody guide me on Performance Appraisal procedure and also how to prepare increment slabs working ? I am working in Start up company where we do not have any process or system for appraisals and increments. Whenever bosses feel to give increments then they give it. But i joined this company and brought all policies in place but just need your guidance on PMS and KRA's for increments. We have Sales Outbound process.
Kindly guide on this please .
Thanks

Dear friend,

Annual salary increment is based on the performance slabs. Performance slabs could something like this

≥ 91%

81% to 90%

71% to 80%

61% to 70%

≤ 60%

The slabs could vary according to your requirement. However, measurement of accurate performance is a major challenge. You must be able to quantify the exact performance. Inaccurate measurement will lead to the wrong increase in salary. For the accurate measurement, you need to put performance meter to the employees. How to do this? To know more, refer my reply to the following thread:
