I am looking for an online tool or software to facilitate PMS implementation for our small organization (Education Life Cycle Company) with approximately 15 employees. The tool should be user-friendly and easy for employees to input details without being cumbersome.

Software can only assist in speeding up the work. However, for a 15-staff company, it is worth considering whether an investment in software is necessary at this stage.

Start by conducting Performance Appraisal manually, let the system stabilize, and then transition to using software. The crucial point about Performance Appraisal is that it concentrates solely on individual performance. To truly evaluate performance, we need to look beyond and measure the overall business performance. Thank you so much, sir. This link is really helpful. I am doing this for the first time, so I am quite lost on how to proceed. My management wants an online tool; I have suggested this option to them as well. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion.

Hi,

We already have an online Payroll & expenses management system in place for the past 6 years. Therefore, we might not opt for it at the moment. We are currently only looking for a subscription for PMS.
