Is a Sexual Harassment Committee Needed in Companies with No Women Employees? Seeking Legal Insights

A company where no women employees are employed. Under the Sexual Harassment Act of 2013, is it mandatory to constitute a committee to protect women employees. I want to know if, in such a condition, it is required to form a committee. Seeking legal opinion on the matter.
