Could an Open Platform for Sharing Ideas Boost Employee Engagement and Connection?

I have an idea to provide a platform for employees to share their "Thoughts, Insights, Experiences, and Ideas" on any topic "which can be shared with staff openly." Please share your views on whether this could be a way to keep employees connected and engaged with the organization.

Any scheme to promote the involvement of employees should be encouraged, provided it is for a constructive purpose. Invite suggestions from the employees on the previous day, examine them, and then accept. The next morning, it can be posted with the name of the person who made the suggestion. Control should be with you.
