How Do I Register and Pay for the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana?

Can anyone tell me how to register in the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana, how to make payment for the same, and what is the due date of registration.

Clarification on Labour Welfare Fund Registration in Haryana

In the state of Haryana, we are not required to register under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, as it applies to Haryana. We are to submit the yearly labour welfare fund contribution amount to the office of the Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, in the month of January.
