A quick question: How often do you engage with your employees to gather their feedback through surveys and polls? Also, what types of surveys or polls do you typically conduct?

Generally, surveys are conducted once a year. The survey that is conducted by a large number of companies is the "Employee Satisfaction Survey." Other surveys include those on the interpersonal environment, organizational communication, etc.

Can't we also conduct a quarterly employee engagement survey? There will be a set of questions for every quarter.
