Dear All - a quick question. How often do you engage with your employees to get their feedback through surveys and polls? And typically what kind of surveys / polls do you run?

Generally surveys are conducted once a year. The survey that is conducted by large number of companies is "Employee Satisfaction Survey". The other surveys include surveys on interpersonal environment, organisational communication etc.
