Leadership Readiness Index: Can Anyone Explain Its Definition and Formula?

sugreev_2297
Is there anyone who has an idea about Leadership Readiness Index or insight on Leadership Readiness Index in terms of definition and formula?

Leadership is too nebulous a concept to be confined to a defined framework. A leader cannot be equated with an athlete whose long jumps or sprints can be measured. Leadership has a composite structure of innumerable competencies. Above all, there are various levels of leadership, such as team leadership, organizational leadership, and strategic leadership. How can anyone define an index to measure it? If a measure is defined at all, will it be accurate?

Anyway, other senior members may give their opinions.

Thanks,

As stated above, there is no clear formula to measure the Leadership Readiness Index, but as an organization, we need to be ready to identify the talent pipeline and the readiness of employees to take on various leadership roles within the organization.

Using the 9-Box Tool for Leadership Readiness

To begin, you may wish to use the 9-box tool to understand the growth readiness of your various employees. This, in line with an assessment center based on your company's competence framework, will allow you to identify which employees are ready to step into leadership roles.
