Leadership is too nebulous a concept to be confined to a defined framework. A leader cannot be equated with an athlete whose long jumps or sprints can be measured. Leadership has a composite structure of innumerable competencies. Above all, there are various levels of leadership, such as team leadership, organizational leadership, and strategic leadership. How can anyone define an index to measure it? If a measure is defined at all, will it be accurate?
Anyway, other senior members may give their opinions.
