Under the provisions of the Factories Act 1948, you are supposed to maintain following registers / forms:-
1. Register of attendance
2. Payment of Wages register
3. Leave with Wages register
4. National Festivals Casual and Sick leave register
5. Over time muster roll
6.Compensatory holidays
7. Particulars of room
8. Adult workers register
9. Accident Book
10.Inspection Note book
11.Fine, Advance, Deduction for damages, Records of Lime washing and painting
In addition to the above, depending upon your process of manufacturing Health / humidity and tight cloths registers are also required.
