I have submitted my EPF return on Last May 26th, and got acknowledgement also, still i am not get any sms or updates from them, my friend claimed last month, he got the claim within 5days, can someone clear me.

you are looking for which update? You mean is it confirmation of remittance of payment? Some times It will take even a month but the CRN would have been generated

Why you want a SMS or email when all things are visible in PDF when you login.

Take your acknowledgement number provided on the acknowledgement reciept and check the status with the help desk at PF office.
