I submitted my EPF return on May 26th last year and received the acknowledgment. However, I have not received any SMS or updates from them yet. My friend claimed his amount last month and received it within 5 days. Can someone clarify this for me?

Hi you are looking for which update? You mean is it confirmation of remittance of payment? Some times It will take even a month but the CRN would have been generated
