Seeking Guidance for Career Challenges
I am a computer science graduate from 2010, and after graduation, I did not secure any campus placements for one year. In 2011, I went to South Africa through a consultancy and worked on "Networking and Other Technologies" for four years, until 2015.
Due to health issues, I returned to India and learned a software course that is currently in high demand. Within one month, I secured a job at a software company.
I did submit fake experience for job purposes, although I knew it was wrong. However, I felt I had no other choice but to submit the documents to the company.
I worked hard, gained good knowledge of the tools, and received appreciation from managers. However, recently, the company discovered that my previous employer was blacklisted. They arranged a meeting where all the HR personnel criticized me. Without listening to my explanations, they terminated my employment and had me sign a blank white paper stating, "All the documents submitted are fake, which is why I am resigning."
They did not provide me with an experience or resignation letter.
Concerns and Questions
Can I search for another job within the same company based on my previous experience? They have a letter from me stating that all documents were fake. Will this letter impact my future? Can the company take legal action against me?
Please suggest what I should do. I am feeling helpless and unsure of where to turn for guidance on the correct path. I want to restart my life.
