How Do You Set Effective KRAs and KPIs for 3D and 2D Designers in a Creative Agency?

I work as an HR Manager in a creative agency. I seek your help in designing KRA & KPIs for 3D and 2D Designers. Looking forward to a positive response.

You cannot design KRAs in isolation for a few particular designations. First, you have to design the measures for the departments, and the individual KRAs need to flow from the department's measures of performance. Secondly, as an HR Manager, it is not your duty to design the KRAs. It is the duty of the HOD of the department. As an HR professional, you may assist the HOD or facilitate in designing the KRAs. It is a mistaken view of HR professionals to think that since they are the process owner of PMS, it is not their job to design KRAs.
