Hello seniors, I have joined a company where there is no HR department. I slowly started initiating attendance management and distributed joining forms. However, employees did not fill out the forms even after being informed multiple times. When asked about the reason for not signing, they provide various answers. Now, they perceive me as very rude. I am finding it challenging to handle these tasks as I work in the animation industry, where people are very casual.
