Our company registered in company Act 1956 and comes in service sector dealing in foreign currency & money transfer.
So, does our company is also covered in minimum wages act 1948.
We also need to follow the guidelines of the act or company is waveoff from this act.

Applicability of Minimum Wages Act, 1948 depends upon the inclusion of employment in which you are working in the list of schedule employments by the appropriate central /state Govt. under Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Approach your area labour office to see whether your company is covered under M W Act, 1948 or not?
