Annual Performance Appraisal became monotonous job and employees are not happy with the old process. Any new method can be followed for a small size organisation. Please throw some lights on it.

There has to be one method or other.

that you find in the title bar right above.
After typing in the box, press the “Enter” key.
You will get lot of information.
