My organization started in April 2014. Our leave policy includes 7 casual leaves every year, and once an employee completes 1 year of service, they are entitled to 15 days of leave. Our leave year runs from 1st April to 31st March for leave sanctioning purposes. Therefore, if someone joins in the middle of the year, leave is proportionately calculated.
Recently, my HR manager had to take a sabbatical urgently. I am seeking assistance in suggesting any software or guidance on how to calculate leaves proportionately.
