My organisation started in April 2014. Our leave policy is 7 casual leaves every year and once an employee completes 1 year, then he/she is entitled to 15 days. Our year is from 1st April to 31st March when the leaves are being sanctioned. So if someone joins in the middle of the year, then leave is proportionately sanctioned. MY HR manager had to leave for a sabbatical urgently. Can you help me out by suggesting any software or how do I calculate the leaves proportionately.
