How Can I Amend My Registration Certificate Under the Contract Labor Act Online?

Please let me know about the procedure to amend the latest approved Registration Certificate under the Contract Labor (R. & A.) Act, 1970. Can I amend the R.C. from the online portal? Please suggest.

If there is any change in the particulars specified in the certificate of registration in relation to an establishment, the principal employer of the establishment must inform the Registering Officer within the prescribed time limit when such a change occurs. This includes providing the particulars and reasons for the change. Therefore, you should apply to the Registering Officer from whom you obtained the Registration Certificate. To examine the specific procedure, you need to refer to the applicable Central/State Rules.

Dear Harsh,

Please contact the Labour Office. The dealing clerk will give you a treasury challan that you need to pay and submit along with a letter requesting the Authority to amend the registration certificate. So, it's a simple procedure to pay and have it.
