Hi,
I have question regarding experience letter.If employee is asking for experience letter, which one of the following will be also considered as well.
1)Suppose employee was either on 2 months probation period.
2)Suppose employee was either on 2 months training period.
As on experience letter and reliving letter will also date will be mention of his tenure within company.I am bit confused.
