I pawan jha 6 years 3 months centex Fabrics Export Administration officer on March 31, 2016 had been working as the company fired me for no reason what is right. Please help me

1. Challenge the termination and ask your employer to withdraw the termination order immediately and allow you to join.
2. If they don't, raise a dispute before the labour commissioner.
3. If there is no fruitful result, file a dispute u/s 2A of the ID Act before the labour court (assuming that you are a 'workman' under ID Act) seeking for reinstatement and back wages.
4. All communications should be in writing and legally tenable.
