Steps to Challenge Termination

1. Challenge the termination and ask your employer to withdraw the termination order immediately and allow you to rejoin.

2. If they don't, raise a dispute before the labor commissioner.

3. If there is no fruitful result, file a dispute under Section 2A of the ID Act before the labor court (assuming that you are a 'workman' under the ID Act) seeking reinstatement and back wages.

4. All communications should be in writing and legally sound.
