Performance Report For Any Maintanance Manager

i am hr in footwear industry i have no experience in hr .so i dont know to prepare a performance or productivity report of maintanance manager.please help me to give sample performance report for any company maintanance manager.

Maintenance Manager or otherwise, you need to first identify measures of performance for each department. You may prepare performance report based on these KPIs. Roughly following are the KPIs for Maintenance Manager:

a) Equipment availability in %

b) OEE

c) Total Maintenance cost against total production cost

d) Total Maintenance cost against total sales revenue

e) Value of Inventory of Spares parts against total stock value

f) Total loss of man days because of equipment downtime

What I have given about are the general KPIs. Further these need to be customised according to your business or company requirement. It would require deep study of the systems and processes of your company.

In fact what you need is establishment comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) in your company. If you are from HR then why you are preparing the performance or productivity report on behalf of Maintenance Manager is not understood. Why he is not doing it? How can you prepare the performance report of the employee in question?
You apparently do not work for the OP's organisation, so you have no knowledge of the operations of this business, nor any knowledge of the performance or otherwise of the Maintenance Manager.
