You need to share more facts and figures and correct details about the nature of your employment and the organizations you work with. Gratuity and PF are two entirely different regulations. The good news for you to share is that PF and Gratuity fall under separate Acts. Both benefits are social obligations and are compulsory, but can be legally addressed if you provide details such as your salary, the number of employees in your company, and your date of joining, etc.
