Plastic waste management is certainly the need of the hour.
At present plastic waste seems to be some sort of omnipotent, presenting an ugly look
in addition to the danger of environmental pollution.
In a recent study it was found that most of the plastic wastes find their way to the Sea bed / Ocean floor.
Emphasis should be on recycling like use in road laying.
A few years ago there was a news item about China banning certain grades of plastic
and saving billions of dollars in the process.
